If you’re experiencing odd behaviors when using your iPhone or iPod Touch, then try rebooting your device.
Reboot your device, by turning it off and then on, and try again.

Aerochive stuck on "Waiting for Password Validation"
One factor may be that a firewall is configured to 'Allow only essential services'. Modify the setting to allow Aerochive™ inbound connections.

Still locked out after purchase.
There is a bug in the 1.0 version that seems to be affect some customers that even after the purchase of Aerochive, it still reports that the trial version has expired. Here is what you can do to get it running.

Aerochive will not validate my password.
There is a problem with passwords that have characters from the extended characters sets such as "é" or "ŏ" and others like it. This will have to be corrected in an update of both My Eyes Only, MEO Free and Aerochive. For now, please remove any “special characters” from your password.

My Eyes Only™ or My Eyes Only Lite™ (MEO Free™) says “WiFi Network Not Available”

  1. Make sure your iPhone/iPod Touch is connected to the WiFi network. On your device, at the Home display, “tap” “Settings” then “tap” the WiFi entry. If you are successfully connected to a WiFi network, its name will appear with a check-mark to the left of the WiFi network name.
  2. Make sure your Mac is connected to your WiFi network. Review your Mac “Help” files for how to set up your Mac’s WiFi network.
  3. If you don’t have a WiFi network, create one. Search for “Creating a computer-to-computer network” in your Mac “Help” for instructions on how to set up a WiFi network.

My Eyes Only™ or MEO Free can’t find Aerochive™ even though it is launched on my Mac.

The most common cause of this problem is the connection to the WiFi network.
  1. Make sure your Mac is connected to the WiFi network. Review your Mac “Help” files for how to set up your Mac’s WiFi network.
  2. Make sure your iPhone/iPod Touch is connected to the WiFi network. On your device, at the Home display, “tap” “Settings” then “tap” the WiFi entry. If you are successfully connected to a WiFi network, its name will appear with a check-mark to the left of the WiFi network name. If you “tap” on the WIFi network name, the details of the connection (IP Address, Subnet Mask) are displayed.
