Where do I enter the serial number?
During the purchasing process the serial number is automatically added to Aerochive. You don’t need to add it yourself. To verify the serial number process worked as expected, check the lower right corner of the Aerochive window to see that there is NO expiration date displaying. If there is an expiration date please contact Software Ops.
