My Eyes Only™, My Eyes Only Lite™ (MEO Free™) or My Eyes Only Contacts can’t find Aerochive™ even though it is launched on my PC, “Searching for Aerochive™ on WiFi Network”
The most common cause of this problem is the connection to the WiFi network.
- Make sure your PC is connected to the WiFi network. Review your PC “Help” files for how to set up your PC’s WiFi network.
- Make sure your iPhone/iPod Touch is connected to the same WiFi network. On your device, at the Home display, “tap” “Settings” then “tap” the WiFi entry. If you are successfully connected to a WiFi network, its name will appear with a check-mark to the left of the WiFi network name. If you “tap” on the WIFi network name, the details of the connection (IP Address, Subnet Mask) are displayed.
- There may be an active firewall running on Windows. Modify the setting to allow Bonjour and Aerochive™ inbound connections. In addition, Norton or McAfee will also need to be modified to allow Bonjour and Aerochive™ inbound connections.
- Your WiFi network must have Multicast enabled for Apple’s Bonjour technology to work properly.
