MEO, MEO Photo data not showing up on your new iPhone

iTunes keeps a backup of all third party data when it syncs, but you needed to properly configure you new iPhone for the data to transfer. Read Apple's instructions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414

Step 9 is critical, you must select your previous iPhone for its data to be restored to your new iPhone.


If you have already configured your new iPhone and the data is “missing” then you must do a full restore of your device by following the instructions in the above link, with step 9 being the critical step.

iOS updates and configuring new iPhones via iTunes is a process managed by iTunes and your devices iOS. None of our software products have anything to do with the process. It is like our app and your data is a data folder that is moved back and forth between your device and iTunes. Proper syncing and restoration is needed to get the folder of data properly moved to new devices. That is your area of responsibility.
