Forgot your Aerochive password on Window?

If you have forgotten your Aerochive password on Windows you will have to start over.
To start over with Aerochive on the PC do the following if you have Windows 7
You must basically start over by deleting all Aerochive files.
To delete the files make it so that Windows shows hidden files and directories then delete this directory:
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\SoftwareOps\Aerochive
or
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\SoftwareOps\Aerochive
or
C:\Users\\AppData\\SoftwareOps\Aerochive
If you have XP I believe the directory is something like
C:\Users\\Application Data\\SoftwareOps\Aerochive
The bottom line is you need to find the SoftwareOps directory and delete it. To find it you must set the setting for show hidden files on.
The you need to manually register your copy of Aerochive.
