MEO just dosn't seem to work correctly? Reboot!

Software Ops has had a number of support emails
complaining about totally unrelated problems that I
can only describe by paraphrasing; “the UI not
working like it should” or “MEO isn’t behaving like I
would expect”. I realize my descriptions are not
specific, but they do capture the essence of the
problems described by customers.
When we get one of these emails and are dumfounded by the problem, we first suggest to the customer they reboot their device by turning in off and then on again. I’m always amazed when I get an email back claiming that fixed the problem. I’m going to stop being amazed and just offer this bit of advice to all who reads this post.
If you are having problems with MEO or your device in general, please reboot and see if the problem still occurs.
Also, I suggest that if you chose to download app updates on your device, please don’t; but if you have to, reboot first.
