Updates are free

It seems that in some cases it appears that customers who want to update MEO are being asked to pay again. We don’t know why this is happening, because MEO updates are free.

We don’t control the app update process that is managed between iTunes and your iPhone or Touch. If you try an update and it seems like you have to pay, then please review the instructions below. If you do have to pay again, and you are using the same account you initially purchased MEO with, then contact Apple iTunes.


To re-download the application to your iPhone, iPod touch, or computer:
  1. Make sure you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase.
  2. Locate My Eyes Only™ on the App Store and click the "Buy app" button or tap the price on the device.
  3. A dialog will appear: "You have already purchased this item. To download it again for free, select OK." Click OK to continue with the download.
  4. If you didn’t get the dialog, then contact Apple iTunes.
