Getting an Update thru iTunes

It seems that in some cases MEO updates are not
showing up for customers either on their device or in
iTunes on the desktop. You can still get MEO through
iTunes by following these instructions. Note: you
will not have to pay again.
To re-download the application to your iPhone, iPod touch, or computer:
We don’t control the app update process that is managed between iTunes and your iPhone or Touch. If you do have to pay again, and you are using the same account you initially purchased MEO with, then contact Apple iTunes.
To re-download the application to your iPhone, iPod touch, or computer:
- Make sure you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase.
- Locate My Eyes Only™ on the App Store and click the "Buy app" button or tap the price on the device.
- A dialog will appear: "You have already purchased this item. To download it again for free, select OK." Click OK to continue with the download.
- If you didn’t get the dialog, then contact Apple iTunes.
