Resetting your password when you have chosen to request for your password at the start is an easy, but multi step process. Note: Resetting you password will required deleting all your data.

First, if you don’t have My Eyes Only ask for your password at startup then you can skip to step 4.

1) Delete My Eyes Only off your device, that will wipe the setting of requesting the password at startup
2) In iTunes for your device reselect My Eyes Only so that it will be put back on your device
3) Sync with iTunes and My Eyes Only will return to your device.

4) In My Eyes Only select the Setting tab, select Password Setting and scroll down to “Delete Password and ALL Information”



5) Select “Delete Password and ALL Information”



6) Select “Delete Password and Info”



7) Select OK and My Eyes Only will ask you to configure you password and hint.
